My name’s Chris. I’ve been with Springboard for 23 years, first as a volunteer and then as a member of staff.
I have two roles at Springboard…… on reception and as a support worker for Transitions.
It’s so much fun working here, and everyone is so lovely. I get great satisfaction from hearing how much parents and children enjoy visiting us, and that Springboard is a lifeline for some parents.
In my spare time, I love walking, watching films and going for quirky afternoon teas
