Support Workers
We are looking for fun, supportive and friendly individuals to join our Special educational needs and disability services team across Worthing and Crawley.
If you want to help children, young people and young adults with a disability build friendships and gain independence by supporting them during fun, recreational and leisure activities, this could be the job for you!
These roles are incredibly rewarding. We have seen many of our SEND team members go on to become Nurses, Speech and Language Therapists and work within schools. We also provide a range of training and development opportunities.
Customer Service Advisor
We are looking for a fun, supportive and friendly individual to join our inclusive stay and play sessions.
You will be crucial as the first point of contact for many people visiting and contacting Springboard. It is a rewarding role where you are able to build a strong and nurturing relationship with families and facilitate the development of early years through play.
Fundraising Assistant
We are looking for a fun and friendly person to join our fundraising team. you'll work with a diverse team of staff and volunteers, helping on all fundraising activities.
If you want to support with the pipeline of donors, community events, proactively engaging with corporate organisations and providing excellent stewardship to new and existing supporters, whilst raising the profile of the charity, this could be the job for you!
The role is incredibly rewarding and the team have great aspirations. We also provide a range of training and development opportunities.
