Support Workers

We are looking for fun, supportive and friendly individuals to join our Special educational needs and disability services team across Horsham, Worthing and Crawley.

​

If you want to help children, young people and young adults with a disability build friendships and gain independence by supporting them during fun, recreational and leisure activities, this could be the job for you!

​

These roles are incredibly rewarding. We have seen many of our SEND team members go on to become Nurses, Speech and Language Therapists and work within schools. We also provide a range of training and development opportunities.

Disability Playscheme Leader

We are looking for fun, supportive and friendly individuals to join our disability services team. This role is responsible for leading activity sessions for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities, volunteer support and administration. 

Volunteering

There are plenty of volunteering opportunities with Springboard. We welcome people to bring their own experience and we’ll be there to help and support you every step of the way.
