Did you know Springboard was founded by volunteers? Volunteers enable us to offer the fantastic services that we do, without them Springboard couldn’t be what it is today.

Do you want to make a difference and get great experience at the same time? Then why not volunteer with us. We have plenty of opportunities to get involved.
Centre Volunteer
Are you good at tidying, sorting, cleaning, gardening, arts and crafts, Lego or DIY? We are always looking for handy people to help make our centre look even better and to help out at some of our fun clubs.
Community Ambassadors
Are you enthusiastic and keen to raise funds for Springboard? The role of a Community Ambassadors is to help at fundraising events, do bucket collections and raise funds for Springboard.
Activity Volunteer
We have opportunities to help at our sessions for disabled children and young people in Horsham, Crawley, and Worthing. If you are patient, fun, caring, understanding and committed to making a difference then this role is for you!
